The team is able to design and deploy ICT systems for Smart Grid and Smart Living,used for achieving the following objectives:

• Automation of the smart grid
• Power quality in the smart grid
• Integration of smart meters
• Improving of the penetration of renewable resources through the use of electrical storage system
• Integration of e-Vehicle into the power grid
• Energy efficiency of buildings
• Improving the quality of the life of citizen

The competences of the team cover different areas: accurate time synchronization in distributed system, Internet of Thing (IoT), WirelessSensors Networks, real-time communication systems, distributed measurement system, digital data process and analysis.
